VISITING AMAZONIA

By purchasing a ticket, making a reservation or entering Amazonia, guests agree to follow our applicable guest policies, safety rules and staff instructions.

Admission, activities, animal experiences, restaurant reservations and special events may each have specific conditions. These can include age requirements, reservation times, cancellation policies and experience-specific rules.

Animal welfare and guest safety always come first. Activities, presentations, animal visibility, opening areas and schedules may therefore change when required for animal care, weather, maintenance, safety or operational reasons.
